ABP Capital affiliate C3 Capital provided construction financing for a new for sale condominium project located in the San Diego neighborhood of North Park. The condominiums will be built atop a 6,250sf lot surrounded by restaurants, nightlife, cafes, and other attractions. North Park is located north of Downtown San Diego and is well known for its great walkability with a corresponding WalkScore that requires minimal vehicle use in order to accomplish day to day tasks.

Once complete, the project will feature four 2Bed/2Bath units and two, two-story penthouse units across six floors. The ground floor will consist of a parking garage that will be outfitted with a vehicle lift in order to accommodate resident parking.
